Our school sits on East Paulding Drive (Highway 120), a short drive from the Paulding County Courthouse on Constitution Boulevard. Many of our students stop by to register right after their court date.

Program Details
20-Hour DUI Risk Reduction Program
State-mandated under O.C.G.A. § 40-5-83. Weekday and weekend classes, with new sessions every week.
Schedule
We have a variety of class options — during the week, on weekends, and at a number of different times. New sessions start every week, and most students finish the full 20 hours in about two and a half days.
Cost: $360
The $360 fee is set by the State of Georgia and is the same at every licensed DUI school. Covers all 20 hours, materials, and your official DDS completion certificate.
Curriculum
Substance abuse education, impaired driving awareness, Georgia DUI law, and practical decision-making strategies. Live instruction — not a self-paced video.
Certificate
Receive your official DDS completion certificate upon finishing. Most certificates include a code at the bottom to register your completion with the DDS online.

We're at 4618 East Paulding Drive, Suite 104, Dallas, GA 30132 — on Highway 120, just east of the Paulding County Courthouse. The easiest landmark is the Dallas Walmart: we're right next to it, with free parking directly in front of our suite.
Does the Paulding County court accept your certificate? +
Yes. Our DDS-issued completion certificate is accepted by the Paulding County State Court, Superior Court, Probate Court, and Municipal Court — as well as every other court in Georgia's 159 counties. We've worked with Paulding County judges and probation officers for over 15 years.
Can I register in person after my court appearance? +
Absolutely. Many students stop by our office on East Paulding Drive immediately after their court date at the Paulding County Courthouse. We can walk you through the process, answer your questions, and get you registered for the next available class — often starting the same week.
