TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE DUI SCHOOL ENROLLMENT:
Terms and Conditions for Course Registration
To successfully complete the course, students must do the following:
- To arrive on time for each Session. Students/Offenders arriving late will not be admitted.
- To be sober and drug free.
- To attend all Sessions in sequence as scheduled. A Student/Offender is not allowed to attend the next session after missing a class.
- That Student/Offender must pass the final exam with a grade of 70% or more in order to obtain a Certificate of Completion.
SMS Communication
Dallas Hiram DUI School uses SMS to communicate with students who opt in during the DUI course registration process by providing their mobile number on the enrollment form. Students opt in by providing their mobile number during DUI course registration. Students will receive conversational messages only. Messages may include conversational messages, customer care updates, confirmation of registration details, reminders about class dates and times, payment or document instructions, and important course updates such as rescheduling or requirements. Students can interact directly with staff about course registration and participation.

Guidelines on Course Attendance from the State of Georgia
- Students must ensure that their technology/device (internet, power, data, etc.) is sufficient to complete all course requirements.
- Students must ensure that they have downloaded the appropriate platform (Zoom) and can access it before the start of the course.
- Students must be visible on camera for all sessions and must be appropriately dressed – breaks not included/audio alone is not acceptable (no still photos, screen shots, or views of the ceiling, etc.).
- Only students that have contracted for the course can attend (no children, no roommates, etc. – exceptions may be made due to accommodations for illiterate or disabled students).
- Students must ensure that their backgrounds are appropriate (no pictures of illegal drugs, alcoholic beverages, partially dressed individuals, items that may be considered offensive, etc.).
- Students must be logged in on time and cannot leave early.
- Students must be in a seated position away from distractions (lying in bed is not permitted, working, shopping, cooking, babysitting, talking to others, etc.).
- Students cannot operate a motor vehicle while attending class.
- Students should mute their phones/microphones when not speaking.
- Students cannot record sessions.
- Students cannot drink alcoholic beverages, vape, or use tobacco products during sessions.
Terms for Course Tuition and Fees
1. Tuition Transferability
Tuition for an individual student is not transferrable to another student. Tuition for one course program is not transferrable to another course program. Policies on changing or rescheduling course dates are based on the rules of the State of Georgia, reflected on the Intervention Program contract completed by students during registration.
2. Refunds of Tuition and Other Fees
Tuition for the Risk Reduction Program are non-refundable.
3. Cancellations/No Show Policy
Class cancellations are handled per the rules of the State of Georgia. Student cancellations are handled per the rules of the State of Georgia. These policies are updated from time to time by the GA Department of Driver Services, and are reflected on the Risk Reduction Intervention Program contract completed by students during Registration. Generally, medical and family emergencies are excused with some limitations. There are limits on the number of times students can reschedule a course. Please refer to the Intervention Program contract for specific details.
4. Consent
By using our site, registering for classes, or paying tuition or fees for a student, you consent to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Tuition Transferability, Refund, and Cancellation policies.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dallas Hiram DUI School reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
