PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE DUI SCHOOL ENROLLMENT:

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR THE DUI SCHOOL VIA THIS ONLINE PORTAL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS:

  1. Collection and Utilization of Personal Data:
    • As a prerequisite for enrollment in the DUI School program, you are required to submit specific personal data, inclusive of, but not limited to, the identity and contact information of your designated probation officer. Such information is solicited and retained for the purposes of ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our records, as well as facilitating the transmission of pertinent documentation pertaining to your program completion.
    • You expressly consent to and acknowledge that, upon your successful fulfillment of all program requirements, your completion certificate may be, at our sole discretion, transmitted directly to your probation officer. This action shall be undertaken as a courtesy and for the furtherance of administrative efficiency.
    • Personal data will be utilized by our platform partners to process your registration, collect any payment of tuition or fees for your course, provide you information about your course and how to access classes, provide helpful information to our students, and file the appropriate information with the State of Georgia to provide a certificate of completion or other documentation upon completion of the course.
  2. Engagement by a Licensed Clinical Evaluator:
    • In accordance with applicable statutes and regulations of the State of Georgia, it may be determined that your case necessitates a clinical evaluation conducted by a duly licensed Georgia state clinical evaluator. By agreeing to these terms, you hereby grant permission for your contact information to be shared with such an evaluator, who may initiate contact with you to perform any and all evaluations deemed necessary under the relevant legal framework.
  3. Dissemination of Contact Information to Legal Counsel:
    • For the purpose of facilitating your access to legal representation, you authorize us to disclose your contact information to a select cohort of rigorously vetted attorneys, who are both qualified and specialized in DUI-related legal matters within your jurisdiction. These attorneys, at their discretion, may initiate communication with you to discuss the particulars of your case and offer their professional services. This disclosure is made to ensure that you are provided with ample opportunity to secure competent legal counsel.
  4. Data Protection and Privacy Assurance:
    • Your personal information shall be utilized solely for the purposes articulated herein and shall not be disseminated to any third party except as explicitly outlined in these terms and conditions or as required by law.
  5. Acknowledgment and Binding Agreement:
    • By proceeding with the registration process, you hereby affirm that you have thoroughly reviewed, comprehended, and unequivocally consent to the entirety of these terms and conditions. Non-compliance with any provision herein may result in adverse consequences, including but not limited to delays in the issuance of your completion certificate or complications in fulfilling your legal obligations.

      Course Tuition and Registration Terms & Conditions

      The below statement is an overview of our Course Tuition and Registration Terms & Conditions for instruction at Dallas Hiram DUI School.

      1. Tuition Transferability

      Tuition for an individual student is not transferrable to another student. Tuition for one course program is not transferrable to another course program. Policies on changing or rescheduling course dates are based on the rules of the State of Georgia, reflected on the Intervention Program contract completed by students during registration.

      2. Refunds of Tuition and Other Fees

      Tuition for the Risk Reduction Program are non-refundable.

      3. Cancellations/No Show Policy

      Class cancellations are handled per the rules of the State of Georgia. Student cancellations are handled per the rules of the State of Georgia. These policies are updated from time to time, and are reflected on the Risk Reduction Intervention Program contract completed by students during Registration. Generally, medical and family emergencies are excused with some limitations. There are limits on the number of times students can reschedule a course. Please refer to the Intervention Program contract for specific details.

      4. Consent

      By using our site, registering for classes, or paying tuition or fees for a student, you consent to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Tuition Transferability, Refund, and Cancellation policies.

      5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

      Dallas Hiram DUI School reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
